Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Kpot Franchise LLC (“KPOT,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit thekpot.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Most KPOT restaurants are independently owned and operated. Information you give directly to a restaurant, for example when you visit, call or order, is handled by that restaurant. Services from other companies that we link to, such as online ordering, gift cards, our merchandise shop, waitlists and job applications, have their own privacy policies.
